Book three, The Record Counts, is out November 10
The Record series now has a third book. The Record Counts comes out on Kindle and in paperback on November 10, a week after The Record Stands and two weeks after The Record on October 27.
Forty clerks have come down the Line from the capital with hand bells, one hearing a morning, to decide what forty petitions are worth, and Wren is named in every one of them. Every morning the clerk’s bell closes the book a minute before the tower rings the half, and nobody can say so. Wren has one no, and forty rooms to spend it in.
